Second, I appreciated the insight as to why Flutter was developed in the first place.

I freely admit that my knowledge of Android system architecture is a bit lacking, but perhaps in the future an article on how these technologies manage to hook into the Android system APIs w/o going through the Dalek JVM might be in order?
