"Give us something new!" Ah, the rallying cry of every tech pundit who's tired of writing about how the iPhone and iPad are no longer "innovative".

Or not, I guess. ;)

Everyone wants Apple to be more innovative, but when pressed no one can really say what such innovation would look like, or exactly what new, exciting, "innovative" feature is missing and should be on the iPhone or iPad or Mac.

At which point in time the pundit in question will usually punt and say that they don't know. But somehow Apple should.

Because, well... APPLE!

I'm starting to think that Apple could come out with some new, earth shattering product or feature every other year and it would be great!

But every "off" year people would still be writing articles like, "Yeah. Last year they did the X, but what have they done for me lately???"

Oh, and as to the Pro mini... I mean, maybe? But as someone who has the latest mini AND an iPad Pro 12.9, I've about come to the conclusion that for the vast majority of people the 11" iPad is the sweet spot.
