"He stopped giving outside seminars because he realized the success rate was much higher when people came to his castle."

And then this genius came up with this?

Four words: Correlation is not causation.

If his "success rate" (whatever that is) is higher, then to me it simply points out that the people more willing to travel to him had higher motivations in the first place.
