Honestly... if I got these answers during an interview I'd probably waggle my hand.

The performance answer comes close, but as given would lead me to wonder if the individual truly understood value types, especially as the "bloat" comment misses the mark entirely.

And I think it still misses some of the key reasons why structs are desired.
