How is this a problem with EnvironmentObject?

… we have a UserData class as an @EnvironmentObject to share the user’s name across different views. However, the EditNameView component introduces its own @State variable (newName) instead of directly modifying the shared state (userData.name).

How is this a problem with EnvironmentObject? If you introduce a new value and bind a field to it of course it will be updated instead of the value located in the environment object.
