I just bought a 2020 LG OLED and the LG remote works just fine with my Apple TV. Ditched the Harmony, and gladly, because it was always a bit buggy in working with the TV, soundbar, and Apple TV.

That said, LG needs to work on their remotes. For such an expensive TV the remote feels pretty cheap.
