I think I mentioned the “best suited for a small internal development team” at some point… ;)

Regardless, I think my biggest concern would still lie in trusting Google. They have a distinct knack for creating services, tools, and technologies and then dumping them in favor of something else.

And just for the record, I’m not in favor of React either. I think we’re at an awkward point at the moment, but in a year or so SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose will be mature enough that the time it takes to create native applications will have dropped significantly.
