I think you're reading your own issues into what the author actually wrote.

In this instance, Greg from accounting is "bad" not simply because he's white or racist, but because he donned a super-hero horns/Rambo outfit and attempted a coup to overthrow a duely elected government.

Tom from Accounting, Dick from Shipping, and Harry from Receiving did not. And this article isn't about them.

Of course, next you'll tell me they were just "protesting", and probably throw in some what-abouts concerning BLM just for good measure... though I noticed that few of the BLM protesters carried zip-tie handcuffs, killed police officers, or built gallows and encouraged the crowd to drag out the Vice President and Speaker of the House.

Or show up to protest across the country wearing camo, tactical vests, and fondling their guns... and carrying firearms.
