I watched the event on a 4K 77" OLED television in the family room and really didn't have a clue that it was produced or shot differently from any other Apple event. Until the end.

Sure, you can pixel peep and find issues. One can do that with any camera.

Back in the day, people kept saying that digital cameras would never be good enough to supplant film. And in the beginning that was true. But they got better. And better. And better.

And now, today, you'd probably have a difficult time even finding film.

If you have an iPhone in your pocket and you want to shoot a YouTube video or vlog, or even a movie, not having a "proper" video camera is no longer an excuse.

You can be blasé if you want, but I found it impressive.
