If someone wants to round up millions of people who've lived here for years, who have families here, and then throw them on cattle cars and send them to camps for deportation, then I'm going to oppose that policy.
If a group argues for that, then I'm going to oppose that group. Not because that they're
"conservative", but because I disagree with those actions.
Same for denying health care, or legal access to medically needed abortion, and so on.
As the rest of the rant about criticizing someone for being divisive and then turning around and do the same thing; that's the kind of simplistic "gotcha" I'd expect from a grade-schooler.
If someone is going to propose inhumane or harmful actions, then I'm going to oppose that proposal.
Especially when it's coming from the "due unto others" crowd.
Now that's hypocrisy.
