IIRC, about 1% of Apple macs ran Bootcamp. Now, that's undobtedly higher for developers, of course, but the flip side is that I've been observing more and more of our server-side people moving to server-based AWS instances.

Also, "Windows on ARM is only licensed to OEMs" is true... at this point in time.
