Interesting point of view. My take is that Apple consistently makes well-designed products that are accessible, easy to use, and often delight their owners.

If they failed to do so then the "sheep" might fall for the hype once (or even twice) but by and large they would eventually go elsewhere.

Does Apple make the occasional mistake? Sure. But they also consistently make fewer of them than most of their competitors.

I have a MacBook Pro that's a joy to use. The last Windows notebook I was forced to use was a cheap plastic POS from Dell whose palm rest quite literally creaked every single time you shifted the position of your hands.

I hated that sucker with a passion.
