None of the changes suggested have a chance of happening when they people they depend upon are disenfranchised and powerless.

The GOP is dead set on ensuring that only the "right" people can vote and going forward gaining control of the state voting apparatus such that even if you can vote that your vote won't be counted.

If votes didn't count they wouldn't go to the trouble... which pretty much tells me that with your "don't vote" stance you're happy with the status quo.
