OMG. You’re right. Apple didn’t update every single machine with new chips at the same time, like they did back in… ah… hmmm.

Now that I think about it, they’ve never updated every single product all at the same time.

And as I remember, they introduced the M1, then months later the M1 Pro and the M1 Max . And then after that, the M1 Ultra. So if the follow the same pattern, we’ll eventually get new M2 Pro and Max and Ultra models as well.

Eventually.

And just a heads up. I expect that sometime next year we’ll get an M3 chip and that-gasp-Apple again won’t update every single computer in the lineup all at the same time.

I mean, just so you’re not confused once more…
