That's opinion, as studies have gone both ways, including quite a few that back my earlier statement that they tend to be weaker in math and science skills.

I've also seen some that indicate that home schooled students also tend to be under represented in the top tier colleges.

For that matter, I haven't seen a decent study that indicates the breakdown of private school/public school/home schooled kids who actually attend college.
