The 32" Pro Display XDR tilts and moves up and down. The Studio Display tilts but doesn't move unless you get the more expensive stand.

The XDR can rotate but the Studio Display doesn't. (It can be used vertically if you buy the VESA option, but it doesn't rotate.)
