The numbers are out there, though with so many components (especially in ICEs) they're somewhat difficult to quantify. Basically an EV like a Y starts becoming carbon-positive after about 3 years, whereas an ICE will burn gasoline right up until the day it dies.
Further battery chemistries are changing, new electric motor designs use fewer (or zero) rare earth elements, and so on.
Keep in mind that everyone and their kid brother that's in the industry knows the pain points... and tens of thousands of scientists and engineers are working to reduce and/or eliminate them.
