To me that just goes to show how unsuited the iPhone is to the task at hand. Yes, you can bolt on drives and hubs and extra batteries and adaptors and dongles... but is that a good solution? Portable?

From my perspective Apple now needs better integration with external wireless audio sources and, actually, their "professional" phone could really, really benefit from an additional USB-C port.

Or some enterprising company needs to make a USB-C attached battery/drive with a passthrough USB-C port (and a phone jack, while you're at it).
