Regardless, systems can sleep. So if we want to wait 15 seconds, are we talking about waiting for 5 seconds, sleeping for an hour, and then waiting for another 10 seconds? (Processing time.)

Or is it waiting for 5 seconds, sleeping for an hour... and then immediately failing as "15 seconds" has long gone by according to the clock on the wall.
