We do need morals again. We need them in our leaders, eschewing those who consistently lie, cheat, steal, and commit adultery.
We need them in business, eliminating those who think abuse, corruption, and exploitation are acceptable paths to success.
We need them at home and in our schools.
Morals are not restrictive; they are guiding principles that enable fairness and justice. They remind us that power and privilege come with responsibility.
Without them, we risk fostering environments where we believe that the end justifies the means, that it's okay for hundreds ofthousands of health insurance claims to be denied so the can return more money to the shareholders.
A moral compass is not just a lofty ideal. It's the foundation for societal trust.
Setting up a single couple as an OnlyFans strawman misses the point.
