We still have a society of billions that needs light, heat, water, and food. We still need clothing and shelter.

And all of those things require power.

Yes, we can, and should, work to use less. But for what remains we need to reduce fossil fuel use where possible and replace it with more sustainable sources.

So yes. We're going to do everything possible to "tech" our way towards a better future.
