What’s nuts is that when a lot of people retire in Florida they do so in places like The Villages… where there are dense communities and where shopping and restaurants are either within walking distance or just a golf cart ride away.

And yet prior to that I’m willing to bet that most would have complained at length about attempts to reduce automotive traffic.

Yet now, somehow, now it’s desirable.
