Actually, no, because additional emissions typically occur growing and harvesting your fuel's raw materials, processing it, and in storing, pumping, and transporting it.

It's much easier to "ship" electrons.

And while fast-charging may be less efficient, most of the time personal EVs are charged slowly, plugged in at home.
