You no doubt picked the Rivian so you could complain about its oversized battery pack, but I see a lot more Telsa Model 3s and Ys, Kia EV5s, VM ID 4s, and similar vehicles on the road than I see Rivians.

And even there, Rivian's next vehicles are the R2 and R3, a small SUV and crossover, respectively.

All of which tell me that there's a lot of people out there who simply want efficient, affordable vehicles and Ford's claim that no one wants small cars anymore is BS.
